Our Happily Ever After

My photo
David, Stacie, Keaka and Mateo Tovar
David and I were married October 27, 2007, and itʻs been an adventurous ride ever since! In August of 2008, after finding out we were pregnant, we left our Kauai home and moved to Idaho to be closer to family. Weʻve been in Boise since then. Our little miracle, Keakaʻolauaʻe Lucita, was born on November 14. Our family was sealed together for time and eternity in the Boise LDS Temple a week later. Keaka is now three years old, and has since become a big sister! Mateo Konaleohanoahoihi Kawika was born March 14, 2012, and is our little angel! The four of us are enjoying life together, and are excited to see what else is in store for our family!

David

David
David is a plumber by trade, but with the economy being down, is working at Direct TV (anyone need a discount?! haha!). He is serving as a Course 12 Sunday School teacher at church. He values family above anything else, and has found a new passion for doing genealogy! He likes traveling, cooking, watching movies, and going to luaus! He especially LOVES playing with & spoiling his babies. He is an amazing father and the best husband anyone could ever ask for.

Stacie

Stacie
Stacie is currently a stay-at-home mom. She enjoys spending time with her family more than anything else, especially her husband and kids. She loves to SHOP, sing, hula, play the ukulele and piano, arts/crafts/scrapbooking, and is a makeup junkie! Stacie also has a "shoe and bag fetish", but since having kids, has put that fetish on the back burner! ;) She has recently begun teaching hula classes again, and continues to do shows with band "Island Blend" as ukulele player, keyboardist, and vocalist.

Keaka'olaua'e

Keaka'olaua'e
Keaka is now THREE YEARS OLD and is quite a character. She's extremely girly, as she likes play with baby dolls, dress-ups, and Barbies, and loves putting on chapstick & makeup. Keaka is obsessed with singing and dancing, as well as anything else to do with music. She definitely has "peforming" in her blood, and has already, very willingly, danced hula at several of our shows! She likes animals, and loves her puppy, Rajah. Keaka loves to make everyone around her laugh, and is such a blessing in our lives-- we love having her in our family!

Mateo

Mateo
Mateo is our handsome little boy! He joined our family on March 14 of this year, and is such a joy to have in our home! We have a million nicknames for our little guy (ranging from Bubba, Bubba Bear, Boo Boo, Braddah, Brother, Mr. Man, Mateto, Mateto Potato... and the list goes on). He loves to laugh, talk, play, growl at people (typical boy, right?!), and play with his big sister. We love our little chubby bubba boy (yep, there's another one)!!!
I'm a Mormon.
